This collaborative installation-performance by Saki and Siqi deconstructs power-body dynamics through mirrored spatial interventions. Historical torture instruments are ritualized within a labyrinth of reflective surfaces, their fragmented optics projecting three feminine archetypes: victim, oppressor, and martyr. The mirrors erase architectural tectonics while reconstructing invisible hierarchies, transforming the gallery into a liminal arena for interrogating disciplinary violence. Viewers confront multiplied self-reflections, their gaze implicated in reenacting historical subjugation—where observation becomes complicit in power’s spectral choreography.
